Collaborating using EndNote X7.2

The most recent upgrade for EndNote to version X7.2 includes a number of features designed to facilitate collaboration:

• Invite up to 14 other EndNote X7.2 users to access your EndNote library, no matter where they are.
• Share your entire EndNote library, including references, PDFs and annotations.
• View and edit a shared library simultaneously with other team members.
• Free unlimited online storage.

Version X7.2 is a free upgrade to all X7 users - click here to learn more about installing X7.2.  If you do not yet have version X7 on your University PC/laptop, but would like to take advantage of these new features, contact IT Services to have the latest version installed.

Any students or staff running older versions who want to use the latest release at home can log in with their academic ID to buy an EndNote X7.2 Personal Licence here.
