Web of knowledge access problems resolved

Web of Knowledge is available off campus again. If you are still having difficulty accessing it please follow these steps and try again:

If users are still seeing an error message please could they try clearing cache and cookies from their web browser (further information available in the FAQ: http://wok.mimas.ac.uk/faq/answers.html#Q6.5) and then close and re-open the browser before trying to access again
