LIS now supports EndNote and EndNote Web!

EndNote LogoEndNote, along with its web-based equivalent EndNote Web, is a reference management software package, which can be used to organise your references, create bibliographies, and format citations as you write documents.  The desktop software is available on all University computers.

Your Information Specialists have now received full training on this software and can provide ongoing support to all staff, research students and undergraduates.  If you have any questions about importing your references into EndNote, managing your references, connecting your desktop EndNote X5 to EndNote Web, or using your references when writing a document, contact your Information Specialist directly or via the Help Desk.

While we would expect most staff and research students to attend the excellent introductory one-day course at the Centre for Staff and Graduate Development, we are also hoping to provide further support for EndNote in the form of drop-in sessions or workshops and would like to find out what you would find most useful.  If you have any suggestions, please comment on this post or e-mail us.

Please note that if you have any problems with the installation of EndNote on your University computer, or you would like a copy of the desktop software for your own computer, please contact ISA.
