"Common Market Law Review"

Final Year European Union Law Students

*UPDATE* 13/05/2019Access to the journal "Common Market Law Review" has been restored.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For your module BL3503 European Union Law, there are a number of articles suggested for further reading from the journal Common Market Law Review.

The University subscription to this journal is via a provider called Kluwer.  Unfortunately, Kluwer experienced a serious malware attack two days ago and they had to lock down the services and resources.  This is effecting Universities internationally and not just Aston University.  The resources are being restored gradually but they need to make sure that content is secure and unaffected so it is going to take time.

This means that access to the journal Common Market Law Review is unavailable at the moment via our collections.

The good news
The main articles required for the module reading have been cleared for scanning and are available on the module reading list as PDFs.  All you need to access these articles is your Aston University username and password.

Information about the attack can be located at
